We regularly stock from over 40 brands. Most can be seen on our Brands webpage.

 

Orders from outside Australia

We accept orders made outside of Australia. However, the order has to be delivered to an Australian address. We do not ship outside of Australia.

 

Purchase orders / Payment on Delivery

We accept purchase orders from schools, other educational institutions, and government agencies with payment terms of 14 days - a) order must be placed by an appropriate email address, b) any item ordered must be delivered to the institution's place of business. Our standard shipping cost applies and there is no minimum purchase amount for a purchase order. To place a purchase order online, select Direct Deposit payment method and add purchase order number in the comment field. If there is insufficient quantity for a required item, depending on the item, we could order in more stock. Upon receipt of the purchase order, once the order has been processed and we will provide confirmation email. Note, title to the goods remains with Shop Of Toys until payment for the invoice has been made. We reserve the right for the items to be returned on failure to make payment within the agreed period.

 

Gift WrappingCommentsSection

If the whole order is a gift, we can wrap the ordered items with tissue papers or similar kind, and include a handwritten message. If you wish to take up this offer, please request gift wrapping and/or your message in the comment box (located on the bottom right-hand side of the checkout page).

 

LimitedStock IconWhat does Limited Stock mean

Magenta circle with the text 'Limited Stock' in an item's product description means that there is low stock level for the item and, we are unable or will not be re-stocking the item. This could be due to a few reasons, such as it is being discontinued by us or has been discontinued by the supplier.

 

How to tell if an item is out-of-stock
We only sell toys or books that are in-stock in our local warehouse or one of our Australian suppliers. "Notify Me when back in Stock" button will appear for out-of-stock items when you hover over the item. When you are on the product page, "Out of Stock" text will appear under the dollar value.

KidKraft items are all shipped directly from the wholesalers and they are unable to provide real-time stock count. To avoid disappointments, we will mark applicable items as out-of-stock when KidKraft advises us of low stock quantity.

Should an inventory error occur, we will contact you within 2 business days, to find out how you wish to proceed - wait for new stock to arrive, substitute if possible or, cancel & refund your purchase.

 

Pending Payment
Orders where payment have been pending for over 5 business days, will be cancelled unless an alternative period has been agreed upon. From November to December, this period will be reduced to 2 business days.

 

Transaction Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

 

Payment
Shop of Toys accepts payment by Debit/Credit Cards(Visa/MasterCards.Amex), Paypal and Direct Deposit. We do not retain any financial details.

Please note when paying by Direct Debit facility, you will need to quote your order number as your reference or add your name to the payment details. Your order will be dispatched upon clearance of funds.

 

Secure Credit Card Transactions
Shop of Toys processes credit card transactions through Stripe or PayPal. Credit Card payments are made directly through the providers secure payment gateway to ensure your personal and credit card details are kept safe. None of your credit card payment details are stored with us, ensuring your details are protected. Cancelling an order

Cancellations are only accepted if a cancellation request is processed prior to order being sent to warehouse for packing.

Store credit will be provided for an order cancellation, no refunds.

Refund/Returns Policy
Shop of Toys complies with all Australian consumer laws including implied warranties.

If you happen to receive an item that is faulty or damaged, just contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we can arrange a return, replacement or a refund depending on the issue.

Any item that arrives damaged or is faulty when first opened, we must be notified within 21 days of the item being received.

We do not accept cancellations or returns for change of mind.

 


 

I can't add to cart and am using Internet Explorer

The software our system uses sometimes have problems with Internet Explorer browser, which we are trying to resolve. If you can send email This email address is being protected from spambots. I want to change my order after having confirmed the order, and before payment has been made

Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the changes you require, and we will send you a modified Paypal invoice for payment. We will also adjust the content of the order in our system to reflect the changes.

 

No order confirmation email received

Our system will always generate a sales confirmation email after an order has been submitted. Mail systems attempt to shield you from as many junk mail as possible, this may cause our emails being directed to your Spam folder. If you are unable to find a sales confirmation email from us in the spam folder, please email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

 

Paypal - Not redirected to PayPal to make payment after pressing 'Confirm Purchase' button

This occasionally happens to some folks. We have attempted to resolve this issue; however, as there are no known commonality and the small number of occurrences, we have yet to identify the root cause. If you do encounter this problem, please contact us and we will send you a manual PayPay invoice. No need to advise order details, our system will have the details.

  

Paypal - Review and Confirm button does nothing

Please try clearing your web browser cookies and cache and try again, we find this often solves the problem:

Can I have my order shipped to an Australia Post Parcel Locker?

Yes, most orders can be sent to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes. Some exceptions apply which are usually listed in the product's description.

Parcel locker can be a convenient way of collecting any parcels out-of-office hours. If you don't have one and would like one, please refer to Australia Post.

 

Confirmation your order has been shipped

An email will be sent when your order has been shipped, with a tracking number where applicable. This confirmation should arrive within 2 business days. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check the spam folder. If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please check the provided tracking number (via shipping confirmation email). For some folks, it may take the full 10 working days for orders to be delivered.

Please do not wait longer than 14 working days to enquire about any possible missing delivery. The longer the timeframe between when it was supposed to have been delivered and when enquiries are first made, the harder it is for the courier company / Australia Post to investigate.

 


 

How to receive our Newsletters
We currently have two types: a) General, and b) Nanoblocks. The General Newsletter is sent on a monthly basis except for December or January. Nanoblocks News is sent when we have some news pertaining to Nanoblocks. This is likely to be less than 5 a year. You will need to register as a user to receive either or both news update. Upon registration, you will be offered the option to subscribe.
